Ace Studio Policies

 Where beauty meets ritual and every detail matters. Please review the studio policies carefully before booking. By scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

All appointments at Ace Studio require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your time.
Your deposit may be transferred once within a 3-month period if you need to reschedule.

Appointments can be booked through theacestudio.com.
For same-day or last-minute bookings, please text or call 201-448-7181 for the quickest reply.

A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.

• First-time or new clients (under 6 months) are limited to one courtesy transfer within 6 months. Any additional reschedules require a new deposit.
• Established clients (3+ months of consistent fills) may reschedule once without forfeiting their deposit. Multiple reschedules (2–3) require a new booking and deposit.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a cancellation at the artist’s discretion, particularly if no call or text is received.

The studio operates on an intentional schedule; respect for time is part of the ritual.

Please arrive with no eye makeup and a clean face — lash soap is not formulated as a makeup remover.

Clean lashes mean better retention.

Before your appointment:

• Remove contact lenses — lash services will not be performed if lenses are in place.
• Do not consume caffeine or energy drinks; they can cause twitchy lids and affect precision.
• No new clients over 3 months pregnant will be accepted for lash services.
• Services will not be performed on anyone with eye infections, styes, irritation, or new growths.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, CashApp, and credit card.

Cash and Zelle are preferred. Credit card payments include a small processing fee.

Ace Studio does not offer refunds. Please provide feedback at the end of your service for any desired adjustments.

If you experience 25% or more lash loss within 24 hours, contact the studio within that same window. A complimentary correction will be provided if you can come in within 48 business hours.

Every client’s skin chemistry is unique. Ace Studio cannot guarantee identical results for all.

Touch-ups are recommended every 1–2 years, or when pigment begins to fade or shift in tone.

To maintain a calm and focused environment:

• No children or guests are allowed during appointments.
• No phone use during service.
• Please avoid caffeine before your visit — stillness creates symmetry.

Before-and-after photos may be taken to document your results. Lash photos are focused on the eyes only.

Permanent Makeup clients will sign a separate consent form regarding photos and aftercare.

All new clients complete a consent and intake form at their first visit.

Clients will be asked to re-sign every 3 months to ensure information and health status remain current.

Ace Studio is not liable for reactions or results that occur if aftercare or pre-care instructions are not followed.
